1
Wild Coaching Session
Half or full day of coaching on the mountain side or in the forests. Summitting a mountain, journeying the fells or setting up camp in a forest. This sets the scene to review your current health and put together a key action plan of how to start to achieve your key aims. Ideal for the individual.
2
Mountain lake cold dip
I’ll navigate you deep into the mountains or wild moorlands and to a remote mountain lake or stream. I’ll facilitate a breathing session followed by a cold-water dip. I will then navigate you back. All whilst providing safety cover and enhancing your experience. This can be a solo adventure or for a small group (up to 8 people).
3
Trail running adventure
I’ll put on my running shoes and work with you to plan a 16-22mile running adventure. I’ll predominately navigate, but will teach you some key skills along the way. We will take in local attractions, go off trail at points, search for caves, crags, viewpoints and different nooks and crannies. This is ideal for 1-3 people who are runners with a base level fitness but looking to get into trail running. It will be a run/walk adventure and will likely take 6-7 hours.

Let's get wild together
The three services above are some of what I have done recently. However, I am open to ideas and adhoc adventures - providing that they are within my scope of practice and my knowledge/ skill base.
Please get in contact with ideas and for pricing.
